RETURNS

Although it rarely happens, if for some reason your not completely satisfied with your new artwork, you may return any artwork within 7 days of receiving the work. I cannot accept returns on special orders and custom orders.

HOW TO RETURN ARTWORK:

Here is the simple process for returning an item:
Contact Brock by either emailing Him at brockmadisonglass@earthlink.net or by calling 720-204-0448 to obtain return instructions.
If the art item arrived to you via UPS, I will provide you with a UPS Return Service label.  You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to packaging error, you will be responsible.

REFUNDS

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days after I receive your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. I cannot accept items that have been damaged, custom made either by shape or color. You will receive an email when I receive your return. If you have any questions, please call Brock at 1-720-204-0448

ARTWORK DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your package appears damaged, please call Brock at 1-720-204-0448 so I can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials and repack it the same way as when it arrived.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Brock Madison Glass Products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of installation.


LIMITED LIFETIME USE WARRANTY

Brock Madison Glass Sinks and other Art, are warranted for the lifetime of the product to resist wear and breakage. After the initial first year warranty, Brock Madison Glass will replace any glass product that our customer determines is chipped, worn, or broken for 50% of its current list price. Brock Madison Glass is not responsible for removal or installation costs.
